Site Inspections
We offer regular inspections at your offices or out on site. We also offer advice and assistance during the initial set up stages of a site or office, to give strong foundations for you to build on as your project develops and guidance on how to develop all aspects of Health & Safety.
These inspections will audit and review both the site itself as well as the statutory documentation that is required when running a site/project. Afterwards we will provide a comprehensive, yet concise, electronic report with photographic evidence for your review to assist you with H&S compliance as the project continues. We will also look at the earlier reports to ensure previous concerns have been dealt with and removed/reduced. We can also be on hand to highlight immediate concerns that have become apparent during the inspection and offer on the ground guidance on how to eliminate those concerns or reduce those risks.
Auditing
Implemented health and safety management systems, will require regular audits as a mechanism to ensure that procedures within the management systems are being followed and standards are being maintained. Audits will identify the effectiveness of your health and safety management system and highlight areas of weakness within your business.
Audits not only consider compliance with the business’s own procedures and policies but can also be used to ensure the effectiveness of the management system and to provide information for management reviews so that corrective action programmes can be implemented and opportunities be identified for continual health and safety improvement, which in turn can result in time and cost efficiency improvements as a consequence.
